Noair tires used at Oaska-Kansai Expo

Toyo Tires innovative "Noair" tires will be used at the Osaka-Kansai Expo. Held from April 13 to October 13, 2025, the 2025 World Exposition will be held in Osaka. As a sponsor and supplier to the Japan Association's participation, Toyo Tires will be providing electric karts equipped with their airless "Noair" tires which are being developed by the company.

Toyo Tires are providing electric carts fitted with maintenance-free airless tire "noair" to help those involved in the hosting and operation of the Osaka-Kansai Expo move around the venue in a time-saving and efficient manner.
Five vehicles will be provided for transporting staff at the Future Life Experience, a facility that disseminates questions and proposals related to future living, and one, seven seater kart, for transporting staff at the Serbia Pavilion, the location of our newest tire factory.
Today's mobility society continues to evolve with diversity and environmental considerations in line with the electrification of automobiles and the adoption of autonomous driving technology. Since 2006, Toyo Tire has been working on research and technological development to realize airless tires that do not require tire maintenance such as filling with air. In 2017, the company announced the technology for a new airless tire called "noair," which has reached a level where it can be fitted to passenger cars and run at high speeds. The company is currently conducting demonstration experiments and further improving the performance of the tire for practical use, including its application to green mobility.
Toyo Tires will contribute to the success of the Osaka, Kansai Expo, through this sponsorship, working together to realize a sustainable future society and support the operation of the Expo.
